How does the monthly membership work?
Recurring memberships require a three-month minimum and then can cancel anytime after with no penalties.
What's included in my membership?
All memberships include unlimited access to Sky Trail ropes course and Clip 'n Climb walls, plus 10% discount on arcade games, food, and outdoor attractions like mini golf.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY
We value your membership and are committed to providing excellent service. However, if you wish to cancel your membership, please review the following terms and conditions:
Cancellation Process:
You may cancel your membership at any time by either: Logging into your online account, or by contacting our Customer Service team directly at 269-430-3961.
Effective Date of Cancellation:
Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Once your cancellation is processed, you will continue to have access to the benefits and services associated with your membership until the end of the current billing period.
No Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for any unused portion of your membership, including partial weeks, months or services not utilized. All payments made prior to the cancellation are non-refundable.
Auto-Renewal:
If you do not cancel your recurring monthly membership before the renewal date, your membership will automatically renew, and your account will be charged accordingly. You are responsible for canceling in advance to avoid future charges. For further assistance or questions regarding our cancellation policy, please contact our Customer Service team.
What form of payment do you accept?
Memberships may be purchased at the ticket counter with cash, credit card, or an Allegan Event gift card but a credit card must remain on file for the monthly renewal. Memberships may also be purchased online with a credit credit card. Discounts and coupons cannot be applied to membership payments.
How quickly does a Membership become active after I sign up?
Monthly recurring memberships are effective immediately after your purchase and registration. A week-long membership activates on the first use and expires seven days from first use. A month-long membership activates on the first use and expires 31 days from first use.
Do Memberships have blackout dates?
No. Your membership is valid every day that Allegan Event is open to the public. We reserve the right to close Allegan Event for private events, and these dates will be posted on our website calendar in advance.
How does a membership renew?
Recurring monthly memberships do not expire and renew monthly, based on the day of your enrollment. Your enrollment will continue indefinitely until you choose to cancel. A week-long membership expires seven days from first use. A month-long membership expires 31 days from first use.
