Frequently Asked Questions
May we bring outside food?
When you book a party package or rent the party space, you may bring your own birthday cake or cupcakes. Otherwise, no outside food or beverages are allowed. Our facility offers a menu of pizza and snacks, ice cream, drinks, and more.
What types of decorations are allowed in the party space?
You may decorate your table and party space with decorations such as a tablecloth, centerpieces, banners, streamers, themed silverware and napkins, balloons and candles for your cake. Party favors with glitter or confetti are not allowed.
Are waivers required?
Yes, waivers must be signed for all participants before participating on the attractions.
Is there anything for adults to do while kids play?
Our adventure attractions are for all ages! Chaperones are also welcome to relax in the party space, enjoy our bar and lounge / spectating area, arcade, free WiFi, and outdoor patio during the warmer seasons.
Are adults chaperoning the party required to purchase their own tickets?
Adults participating on the attractions are required to purchase tickets. If they are just watching, no ticket purchase is required.
When do I pay for the party package?
All party packages require a non-refundable 25% down payment upon booking and the remainder of the balance is due the day of the party.
