At our Allegan Event Ropes Course, operators are more than just robots going through the motions; they are part of a team, they're the face of our business, they make a difference and they create the best experience possible for our guests....all while working in an environment that is fun!!!
As an operator, you would be responsible for maintaining the course, ensuring the safety of all guests, facilitating the use of the course, and sustaining a positive customer experience. In this role, it is vital to provide the necessary customer support to ensure a fast, friendly, and accommodating service while upholding safety standards at all times.
The Ropes Course Operator at Allegan Event must possess the ability to communicate with customers and co-workers.
