Riverfront Zip Line Opens May 29!
Allegan Event's riverfront zip line is a thrilling outdoor adventure experience located on the Riverfront Plaza in beautiful downtown Allegan, Michigan, and will be opening for the summer on May 29! Guests climb the zip tower staircase on the 65’ tower to the platform, then with an operator’s assistance, step off and soar through the open air on our 600-foot outdoor zip line spanning the Kalamazoo River. Once guests land on the south tower platform, they head up a couple more steps and prepare for a return flight back over the river again!

Just a couple of miles away from the riverfront zip line, Allegan Event’s indoor adventure center features the largest indoor ropes course in Michigan! Reservations are encouraged and can be booked online. The zip line will also be open on the Memorial Day holiday and on weekends until June 14 when summer hours start seven days a week! Be sure to check out our calendar & hours page for daily hours of operation.
Conveniently located 30-minutes from Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, and Holland, Allegan Event offers plenty of room for birthdays, celebrations, and large groups, as well as endless adventurous activities for guests of all ages to explore. COVID-19 has been hard on everyone. This year, we’re excited to offer a venue allowing friends and families to get out, have some fun and reconnect with each other in a safe and clean environment. Get active and make lasting memories while challenging yourself on our many heart-pumping attractions, including the heart-pumping bi-level Sky Trail® ropes course with Sky Rail® zip rails sitting at heights up to 35 feet. Pair the course with other activities such as the QUICKjump free-fall simulation, Vertical Drop Slide, Clip ‘n Climb® walls, arcade, and food and beverage area.
Don’t forget, little kids are included, too! With a chaperone’s assistance, small children under 48” are able to build coordination and confidence on the Sky Tykes® course, which is positioned close to the ground and designed specifically for them.
